Floor barre

A practice aimed at strengthening technique, flexibility, coordination, and body alignment, while improving body awareness and developing the specific musculature used in classical dance.

Traditional Hatha yoga

Raymond offers traditional Hatha yoga classes following the teachings of T.K.S. Desikachar, the son of T. Krishnamacharya, the great yogi of the 20th century. Under Raymond’s guidance, this approach emphasizes adapting yoga to each individual, promoting physical well-being, mental peace, and overall health. The classes focus on precise postures, mindful breathing, and personalized adjustments.

A gentle physical practice that fosters an increased awareness, presence, and awakening of the mindfulness through the rhythm of the breath.

Restorative Aerial yoga

Restorative yoga aims to help you ‘recharge.’ Using an aerial hammock, the practice focuses on body alignment, promoting muscle relaxation and balancing the nervous system. In restorative yoga, the postures are made as comfortable as possible to encourage deep relaxation, leading to healing and rest. Both relaxing and invigorating, it paves the way for a body-based form of meditation.
