Inspired by the masterpieces of Edgar Degas, Escaping the Frames brings his iconic ballerinas to life. Set within the walls of a museum, the piece follows the painter’s creative process as he captures three dancers on canvas. But as brushstrokes take form, the boundaries between art and reality blur—Degas’ muses step beyond their painted world, leaping into motion.

Through a fusion of classical dance and visual art, this ballet explores the interplay between stillness and movement, imagination and reality, offering a tribute to the timeless beauty of Degas’ work.
